NSW Lotteries Selects Human Capital Solutions for Exclusive, Hosted eLearning Services
Sydney, NSW - May 21, 2007: Human Capital Solutions (HCS), the industry's leading Human Capital consultancy today announced its latest client win, a minimum three year deal with NSW Lotteries Corporation.
The win, secured after an extensive tendering process, will see HCS extend NSW Lotteries’ existing Agency Network training strategy through a flexible combination of content and technology that includes custom e-Learning courseware development and the provision of a hosted learning management system.

The structure of the training material to be developed by HCS will include all aspects of NSW Lotteries’ Agency business including general operations, policies, product knowledge, terminal operations, selling skills and procedures, and the ability to track and assess individual participant’s progress.
